How we handle website enquiries and customer information
What this page covers
This is an app-owned overview of how Integrate Building Group handles information submitted through this website. It is not a certification, audit report, or independent compliance verification.
Information we collect
Our forms collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, suburb, postcode, project type, and project message so we can respond to your enquiry or send the requested handout.
How submissions are protected
Website submissions are sent over encrypted connections and stored in restricted backend records. Public visitors cannot browse, search, or download submitted enquiry details from the site.
Website analytics and advertising
This website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. These services may set cookies or similar technologies in your browser and receive information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, your approximate location, and whether you pressed a button to book a consultation or contact us, sent an enquiry, tapped to call us or clicked to email us. When you send an enquiry, your browser also sends Google a one-way scrambled code (a “hash”) made from the email address and phone number you entered, so Google Ads can measure whether one of our ads led to your enquiry. Google receives the scrambled code, not your email address or phone number, and we do not send your name, your message or your project details to any of these services. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalisation through your Google and Facebook account settings.
How you found us
When you send an enquiry, the message we receive also says how you reached this website on that visit: for example a Google search, one of our Google ads (with the ad’s campaign, keyword and click reference), our Google Business Profile, or the name of another website that linked to us. It also notes the first page you viewed and the page you sent the enquiry from. Your browser keeps this only for the current visit, and it reaches us only inside an enquiry you choose to send. We do not pass this record to Google, Meta or any other advertising service, although those services may collect similar information themselves, as described above.
How we use contact details
We use form details to deliver requested information, follow up about your building project, and manage communication preferences. We do not sell submitted contact details.
Privacy choices and contact
If you receive email from us, you can use the unsubscribe link where provided or contact us directly to ask for communication preferences to be updated.
